At BookItQuickly, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, certain restrictions apply.
No Refund Policy
- Books (physical or e-books) purchased from BookItQuickly are non-refundable.
- Once a payment is completed, it cannot be reversed.
- E-books are digital goods and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Policy for Physical Books
- Physical books cannot be returned once delivered, except in the cases listed below.
- Returns are considered only if:
- The received book is damaged,
- The wrong book or edition was delivered,
- Pages are missing or printing is defective.
Time Window for Complaints
- Customers must inform our support team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Complaints made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Replacement Process
- If your request qualifies
- Share unboxing video/photos as proof.
- Our team will verify the issue.
- A replacement will be sent at no extra cost.
- Replacement depends on stock availability.
Support Team Assistance
- If you believe your case requires an exception, you may contact our support team.
- Decisions on refunds/exceptions are made at BookItQuickly’s discretion.
E-Book Issues
- Refund or return is not possible; however, support is provided for issues like:
- Download/login problems,
- Corrupted file,
- Access link not working.
Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is processed.
- In rare cases, BookItQuickly may cancel an order due to stock issues or technical errors. In such cases, a refund will be provided.
