At BookItQuickly, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, certain restrictions apply.

No Refund Policy

  • Books (physical or e-books) purchased from BookItQuickly are non-refundable.
  • Once a payment is completed, it cannot be reversed.
  • E-books are digital goods and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Policy for Physical Books

  • Physical books cannot be returned once delivered, except in the cases listed below.
  • Returns are considered only if:
  • The received book is damaged,
  • The wrong book or edition was delivered,
  • Pages are missing or printing is defective.

Time Window for Complaints

  • Customers must inform our support team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Complaints made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Replacement Process

  • If your request qualifies
  • Share unboxing video/photos as proof.
  • Our team will verify the issue.
  • A replacement will be sent at no extra cost.
  • Replacement depends on stock availability.

Support Team Assistance

  • If you believe your case requires an exception, you may contact our support team.
  • Decisions on refunds/exceptions are made at BookItQuickly’s discretion.

E-Book Issues

  • Refund or return is not possible; however, support is provided for issues like:
  • Download/login problems,
  • Corrupted file,
  • Access link not working.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is processed.
  • In rare cases, BookItQuickly may cancel an order due to stock issues or technical errors. In such cases, a refund will be provided.
